This session is designed to support deep relaxation, release stuck energy, and bring your system back into a more balanced, aligned state.
Using a blend of sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance, we work with what’s present in the moment—supporting both physical and energetic release in a grounded, supportive way.
You’ll be guided into a relaxed state as I use instruments such as drum, rattle, and voice intuitively throughout the session. Many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, and renewed connection afterward.

My most requested offering! This unique three step experience offers intuitive insight from the comfort of your own home.
Step One: We begin with a brief 15 minute Zoom call where you share what’s currently on your heart, your intentions for the session, and any questions you’d like explored.
Step Two: Following our call, I enter a deep meditative state and intuitively attune to your energetic field. Rather than predicting the future or relying on fixed interpretations, I allow intuitive insights to emerge about the deeper energetic patterns influencing your life. Guidance often reveals recurring themes, hidden gifts, relationship dynamics, current challenges, opportunities for growth, and the next chapter your life is inviting you toward.
You’ll receive a thoughtful written email sharing everything that came through during your session. Every Intuitive Journey is unique. Insights may arise through symbolism, energetic impressions, intuitive knowing, imagery, or occasional messages that feel deeply personal. Rather than forcing a particular method or spiritual framework, I simply follow what naturally unfolds and share what I perceive with openness, compassion, and care.
Step Three: We meet again for a 30 minute Zoom integration call to explore what resonated most, answer any questions, and discuss how the guidance can be applied in a meaningful and grounded way.

This session is designed to clear and rebalance the energy of your home or environment, creating a more supportive, grounded space to live and move within.
We begin with a brief conversation to understand your intention for the space. From there, I move through the environment using sound and intuitive energy work to help release what feels heavy or stagnant and restore a sense of openness and flow.
This process supports both the space and those within it, often creating a noticeable shift in how the environment feels and functions day-to-day.
